Yesterday I was walking around Swansea Marina trying to pretend that the icy easterly wind was not hurting when I bumped into Billy on his bike. Billy is a Swansea born and bred man. Billy is a steadfast bike and bread man. Every day he cycles down to the Marina with his bag of bird seed. (I know I just said bread, the word play was too tempting to resist, forgive me.) He pedals to two spots, the first is close to the statue of Dylan Thomas and then he cycles on to the west end of the Marina to deposit another donation. The pigeons were very pleased to see him.
